– create a discussion forum for “strong” rumours of upcoming shows
– Get the latest information on festivals, Wakefest, Rock the Bluffs and other summer events
– posting setlists, photos and reviews of shows.

Kelownagigs.com, OUC radio, The Phoneix newspaper, eVent magazine, Scorpion Entertainment magazine, Off-Centre mag, Showcase in the Capital News, Pollstar, Chart Magazine, Canoe Jam, posters for gigs at the Warehouse, OK Mission Hall, Knights of Columbus, etc… See what I mean, all these sources post various events from around town.
History of me….
I moved here from Newfoundland 6 years ago. I’m use to a very vibrant live music scene with dozens of bands playing a dozen different venues on any given night. I found Kelowna was really lacking in promotion for live music around town. It has definitley gotten better with eVent magazine and Scorpion Entertainment (to name just a few initiatives). However, bands still come and go with little notice.

Hello there…..Just wanted to tell you that I checked out your site…It is amazing! I like the rounded corners on the square containers, has a very clean look to it, nice calming colors, handsome picture, and most importantly, clear and detailed information relevant to everything I want to know about music in Kelowna. We don’t really have one main website for all the bands in Kelowna and this should be the main one. I can hardly wait to go see music with you. Do you think you can see music?
