Back from the Big Apple

I’m back from New York City, and looking forward to all the shows coming up in the weeks and months ahead. In a few days I’ll have more updates to my blog and Google calender.

WIL at Doc Willoughby’s Thurs. March 29th

This Thursday March 29th WIL will be joined by none other than Pat Steward on the drums!!! Pat was the drummer for Bryan Adams, Colin James and the odds and currently sits in with Leeroy Stagger and the sinking hearts. Pat is one of the best drummers in Canada and well worth checking out. Tickets are going fast and are $10 in adv. $12 at the door!!!!

Over the past two years Wil played over 400 shows as both headline and support act to the following artists: Colin James, Joel Plaskett Emergency, The Tea Party, Hawksley Workman, Big Sugar and Gomez. Highlites for Wil include performing with The North Mississippi Allstars at the 2004 Calgary Folk Festival which received rave reviews from critics as well as playing the revered Bluebird Tour with Canadian song legend Tom Wilson as well as Jimmy Rankin, Divine Brown and more.
