Spoken word artist Cameron Welch

Ryan Donn
Following on the heals of his critically acclaimed album Causewayend, This life was written over the past three years. This new material blends the pride in his Scottish heritage and his infectious passion for life. This combination has led to a wonderfully inspired CD that reflects his heritage and roots, utilizing smatterings of his native tongue, Doric – a unique dialect spoken in North East Scotland – as well as two fabulously crafted love songs and several social commentary songs built around his strong rhythmic acoustic guitar playing, melodic vocals, and pop/folk inclinations.

The Malibu Knights
Kelowna’s Malibu Knights are a three piece band consisting of experienced musicians from a variety of musical backgrounds. Always up to mischief and out to have a good time, the Knights are a sonic experience you wont soon forget.  Oh, yeah, they opened for Bon Jovi in Edmonton last summer!

Shane Koyczan
Koyczan’s performances–thrillingly rich, fast and cool– has brought audiences to their feet in New York, London, Edinburgh, Sydney, Auckland, and Los Angeles.  Winner of the US Slam Poetry Championship and Canadian Spoken Word Olympics, he has been featured on BRAVO television, and NPR, BBC, CBC, and ABC (Australia) radio.  You may recall this – Shane Koyczan Defines Canada At Olympics Opening Ceremonies!
