Arts for Africa

an evening of musical and theatrical entertainment. All Westside bands and musicians are donating their time for this event. Groups and individuals participating are – Jenelle Burston, Garrett Preston, Basic, Anything August, Kyle Tubbs and The City. There will also be a theatrical performance by senior students. Local artists and students are donating original works of art for the silent auction.
Cost of the event is $7.50 at the door. All proceeds are going towards the project of building a school in Africa. The approximate cost of such a project is $20,000. The goal is to raise $5000 towards this project on this evening. We encourage community members to come out and support this project.

The newly formed Global Service Club at Mount Boucherie has taken on a number of events and projects this year to help others in less fortunate countries have the opportunity of an education.
