Armed with a used suit, an accordion, and penchant for twisted lyricism, Victoria BC’s worst kept David P. Smith, is embarking on a rare tour of western Canada. He may not be a national household name, but in his hometown or anywhere else in striking distance, David P. Smith’s song-writing prowess and emotionally charged live performances have garnered an almost cult-like status amongst his fans and fellow musicians.
