During their 15 years together, many bands have come and gone, but with the release of their new album – El Ritmo de la Vida – Skavenjah remains one of the constants in the world of SKA music. Skavenjah has worked very hard to become one of North Americas premiere SKA and Reggae bands, and the strong songwriting on their new album, together with their incredible live show is proof of that. From their home base on the Canadian prairies the band tours relentlessly, continually expanding on its already dedicated worldwide following as they consistently sell out shows with their trademark mix of SKA, Reggae and Dub music. In addition to over 20 International compilation appearances, Skavenjah has released 5 full-length albums: Put Some Skank In Your Tank (1993), All Dressed Up (1996), Little Monsters (1999), Light It Up (2003) and El Ritmo de la Vida (2006).
